Following significant investment in research and development, iDealFile was the first product of its kind introduced to the market – leading the way with its ability to extract post-sale documentation direct from a dealer management system. Similarly, iServiceFile is unique in the way it mirrors the aftersales workflow – seamlessly capturing, recording, storing and sharing key information at every stage.
Our pure automotive focus and technological capabilities ensure all of our products are designed with an intimate understanding of how to tackle the challenges you face every day – be that working through endless post-sales admin, grappling with increased GDPR and compliance regulations or compiling important warranty claims.
This unique combination of skills has seen iDealFile named IT Innovation of the Year at the prestigious 2019 Motor Trader Awards and plays a key role as we maximise our membership of CDK’s International Partner Programme and continue building powerful alliances with other CRM and third-party providers.
