D.M. Keith Chooses iDealFile to Digitise Sales Admin Processes
D.M. Keith has completed a site-wide rollout of iDealFile – the digital deal file platform from MotorDocs.
The award-winning iDealFile platform, which is now installed at all 10 ŠKODA, HONDA and SEAT sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, will streamline post-sale document management and support centralised sales administration as the business looks to ensure it is running as efficiently as possible.
Having approached MotorDocs at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, the D.M. Keith Management team was keen to find an innovative partner that could help them get an effective digital document solution up and running as quickly as possible.
Within a matter of weeks from the contract being signed, iDealFile was installed at all 10 D.M. Keith sites and - thanks to an agile mix of virtual, onsite and in-house training – all sales personnel quickly made the switch from paper-based processes to digital workflows.
With iDealFile in place, D.M. Keith sales teams now have a centralised and secure space online to manage all documentation, which is accessible at any time. There is no longer a need to manually handle or store huge volumes of paper which brings significant financial, compliance and environmental benefits.
The iDealFile platform also comes with iShare – a simple and secure file-sharing portal which makes it easy for sales teams to share documents with customers including an e-signature feature for remote / contactless authorisation of key documents.
This contactless capability has played a key role in enabling D.M. Keith to operate effectively in line with social distancing requirements and offer a seamless digital sales experience for its customers.
