MotorDocs Supports UK Car Retailers With Free Document Sharing And Signing Software
MotorDocs has announced help for UK car dealers by making iShareMax - its new standalone document signing and sharing solution - available with zero licence fee for three months.
Launched in recent weeks, iShareMax works totally independently from MotorDocs’s flagship iDealFile and iServiceFile platforms. Its primary function is to create a secure online portal where dealers and their customers can share and sign important documents.
From today, any organisations that sign up to use iShareMax will benefit from zero licence fee for three months – providing an affordable way for dealers to share important paperwork digitally.
By conducting all sharing and signing online via the secure iShareMax portal, dealers can minimise physical interaction with customers and give them the flexibility to receive, sign and return paperwork either in a secure area of the showroom, their vehicles or from their own homes.
Joint Managing Director Andy Mee said: “We accelerated the development and introduction of iShareMax because it has such an important role it has to play at this time. What would usually take a few months was completed in a matter of weeks.
“Now, even if dealers are not using iDealFile or iServiceFile, we can offer them a secure, flexible, robust and reliable way to share and sign documents. Whether it’s a sales invoice that needs signing or repair work that needs authorisation, dealers can use iShareMax to do everything online. We hope this will prove valuable to many retailers as they strive to meet new Covid-19 safety and security guidelines.
“By making the platform available with zero licence fee for three months we are hoping to help retailers and groups of all sizes complete essential sales or service transactions now and then find ways of scaling up their operations in a safe and secure manner when the time is right.”
