MotorDocs Appoints Jacqueline Nelson as Application Support Manager

Following continued business growth, MotorDocs is delighted to announce an addition to its senior team to further enhance the service to its clients.

Reporting directly to Managing Director Ritchie Kelk, Jacque will be responsible for managing the MotorDocs customer support desk and further enhancing our clients’ users experience.

Jacque brings to the role 18 years’ experience in the motor industry having worked for BMW Group UK since 1999. Her extensive career comprises a number of roles within the company including Service Advisor, Sales Executive, Expert Desk Senior Support Analyst, and most recently Business Consultant for Autoline Drive.

Jacque began her career in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor at Baron of Farnborough BMW, handling all aspects of servicing and repairs. From here she went on to become a Sales Executive where she worked for 4 years in a busy dealership, excelling in all aspects of vehicle selling.

While still at BMW Jacque moved into the role of Expert Desk Senior Support Analyst. This varied position involved the implementation of IT software and hardware solutions to support on-site staff, liaise with customers and ensure maximum levels of efficiency and service to meet customer needs.

Most recently Jacque held the role of Business Consultant for Autoline Drive at BMW Group UK, drawing on her experience as an implementation consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry.
