MotorDocs Business Continuity: COVID-19
Given the current changing situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to update you on the approach we are taking to mitigate the potential impact on service delivery and minimise the risk the virus poses to our staff, clients and contacts.
We are continuing to monitor government advice and our senior team is meeting regularly to review all processes accordingly. A business continuity plan is in place, combining our agile working capability with use of technology to conduct remote meetings with clients and contacts wherever possible and allow our staff to work from home.
